Job Purpose:
To provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Deputy Director and the section, particularly in managing site development and building plan applications.
Application Requirements:
- Qualifications: Grade 12
- Experience: At least six months of relevant working experience in administrative support services
- Skills: Computer literacy

Primary Functions:
- Handle the submission and approval processes for site development and building plans.

- Assist with file retrieval and maintain the filing system.
